Low Season: prices are valid for the time between 01.04.-31.10.
High Season: 25 % increase on low season prices in the time between 01.11. – 23.12. and 11.01. – 31.03.
Peak Season: 100 % increase on low season prices in the time between 24.12.-10.01.
Single occupancy: No single occupancy rates apply in high season / peak season / and da House.
Minimum occupancy: 7 days in high season, 10 days in peak season.
Breakfast: 18 EUR per person and day. Please note exceptions and special offers.
Terms of payment: If you want to book an apartment, please send a confirmation e-mail with your details. To secure the booking half of the total amount will be charged. The rest is up to one week before arrival.
Cancellations:
0 – 7 days prior to arrival = 100 % of amount is due
7 – 14 days prior to arrival = 75 % of amount is due
14 – 21 days prior to arrival = 50 % of amount is due
21+ days prior to arrival = 30 % of amount is due
Two Payment Options:
- Online through our secure Booksure portal. For this purpose, we will send you a payment request with all necessary information. The credit card fee is 4% of the total amount.

A security deposit of EUR 100 will be payable locally, which will be paid within 7 days after you move out, back when everything is in order.
