Unfortunately it’s over!

We waited so long for the World Cup – and in 4 weeks gone with a flash!
We would like to take this opportunity to thank all the people of South Africa for the support, enthusiasm and warm friendliness during the past weeks.

And thank you to all tourists who made the World Cup atmosphere unforgettable!

It was very exciting and for the most part it was a warm winter. So every day Cape Town was packed with supporting fans who celebrated together in town, at the Fan Fest and the Fan Parade.

All in all the World Cup was surprising for every country. Unfortunately Bafana Bafana was out in the group matches and also the World Champion Italy and the vice-World Champion France.

Wow, what an unexpected surprise from Ghana and Uruguay. They played very good!
At the end Germany in 3rd place, Netherlands 2nd and Spain is the winner! Congratulations!
The past month was a very enthusiastic and successful World Cup!
